We walked in with a group of 17 people and they made room for us despite already having a nearly full house. They then continued to give us personal attention throughout our entire meal. Every dish was perfect and they remembered who had each and every order.
We had such a lovely experience at Ruebens cafe tonight, great vibe, beautiful modernly designed place, friendly staff and a phenomenal menu, lots of delicious food to choose from! We ordered the margarita pizza, Alfredo, Parmesan truffle fries, plus some other food and drinks all of which were delicious. The manager was so nice, he came over to see how we are doing and even brought us two sweet little complimentary soft ice creams! We were so taken aback and pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be returning shortly!
I have been here a few times now during visiting my husband in hospital, and I feel welcomed in every visit to this place, one staff member in particular named Cristina. She welcomed me on my visit and even asked me how was I, but she knew I wasn’t from my face and gave me so much compassion and kindness that made me smile on days where they have been dark. I’m so amazed as how so good she is at her work and she is a new member of staff to the team, the customer service she brings is 10/10 plus more. It makes me want to come more and more. The food is just amazing! Mouth watering! I am so thankful to have met Cristina at the cafe at this point of time where things haven’t been great in my life. And the cafe is just so lucky to have her in their team. A true asset to the team.

Felt like I entered a high end NYC bakery/cafe... everything tasted so fresh and delicious, genuinely cannot fault them! Their service was spectacular as well. Loved our whole experience!
The food was not only delicious the service was amazing. We had a large group of 17 and even though there was a large group celebrating a wedding they were able to accommodate us with timely service and delicious food. Their bagels and cream cheese came toasted and tasty. The kids loved the rainbow bagels and my father loved the pastries. They had cakes and cookies and biscuits with jam. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite or to sit down and enjoy your meal as a family.

Reuben’s Cafe & Bakery — 5 stars, no question! I was there twice in one day because Simi and the team made me feel like their number one. The eggs? Better than I’ve had anywhere, truly. And the desserts — let’s just say the bread pudding with chocolate and the ice cream deserves its own fan club. The staff is amazing, the vibe is warm, and the fact that it’s kosher with service this good is just fantastic. You really can’t beat it. Already planning my next visit (tomorrow morning!)
